Popping Popcorn!
Steps:
1. Turn on the Kettle and Warmer switches on the popper.
2. Pour ¼ cup oil in popping pan – can use Canola or Vegetable Oil
3. Pour 1-1/2 cup seeds in the popping pan
4. CLOSE THE COVER on the pan! (this is very important or there will be a huge mess)
5. Hear the corn popping
6. When done popping, turn the Kettle switch off, leave the Warmer switch on.
7. Turn pan handle and empty popcorn pan of popped corn
8. Season the popcorn as you like and ENJOY! Recommend fine sea salt or popcorn salt in small amounts.
9. Turn all switches off when finished with the popper.
10. Clean popper (see below)
Instructions for Cleaning the Popcorn Popper
Steps:
1. Empty popper of popcorn and leftover oil
2. Wash walls and all equipment with hot water and dish soap nightly
